At Seeds we understand the effect positive emotional health has on young people's academic achievements, personal development, social responsibility and future prospects. As well as providing tailored lessons and workshops to schools, Seeds offer a number of set sessions – specifically designed to help young people gain a greater understanding of key topics within the PSHE curricula and the social and emotional skills that will help them develop both personally and professionally.
